Rybak Horsemanship

Stuart Rybak has learned the techniques of Ray Hunt and Tom Dorrance from internationally known horseman and clinician Craig Cameron. Stuart traveled to Texas and successfully completed Craig's colt starting and basic horsemanship program.

We are pleased to announce Stuart has been chosen as one of six riders to participate in a colt starting challenge for Craigs TV show on  RFD TV set to air May 4, 2009. Stuart had to drive down to Craig Camerons ranch and draw for a colt now named "Rooster". He will have ninety days to work with this colt. After the ninety days, Stuart will go back down to Craigs ranch in Texas and compete on an extreme course, against the other riders. If you would like more info on the event please feel free to contact us. The public will be able to vote for who they feel has done the best. Please contact Craig Cameron's website on May 4th and put in a vote for Stuart and Rooster.

Liz Rybak started riding at the age of 6. She has had the opportunity to work with many top
Long Island, NY trainers, learning such disciplines as hunter jumper, equitation, and dressage.

Together Stuart and Elizabeth have combined their abilities to start and advance horse and riders of all disciplines. Whether you show hunters, western pleasure, barrels, work cattle, drive, or just enjoy trail riding, Ryback Horsemanship can help improve your communication skills!

The four basic rules to communication are:

1. Keep current
2.
Attack the problem, not the horse.
3.
Act, don't react.
4.
Consistency

Food for thought! "The horse seeks the level of the rider"
So before you call the horse stupid, you had better think twice!
